• Health Insurance
  Corna Kokosing offers three medical insurance plan options for associates to choose from. These options will provide associates the opportunity to manage their medical insurance costs with an insurance plan that best fits their needs. The plan options include a Premium, a Basic, and a Catastrophic High Deductible Health Plan.  
  
• Well-Care Reimbursement
  Associates are eligible to receive reimbursement of bills for dental, eye and well care.
  
• Voluntary Vision Insurance
  Associates have the option to elect voluntary vision insurance to provide for vision care and eyeglasses/contact lenses.
  
• Life Insurance
  Provided to associates at no charge. Associates may choose to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and /or purchase coverage for their dependents at group rate prices.
  
• 401K
  If you elect to participate in this retirement savings program, Corna Kokosing will contribute 2% of your annual salary and will match up to 4% of your contribution.
  
• Vacation
  Full-time employees are eligible for paid vacation. 
  
• Tuition Reimbursement
  Corna Kokosing encourages continuing education. Our Tuition Reimbursement Program is for associates working toward an undergraduate or graduate degree. 
  
• Employee Referral Program
  This is our way of saying 'Thanks' to our associates who successfully refer friends or family members for employment with us.
